A Team Built To Take Litter Reduction To A National Scale.

The Challenge

Osprey Initiative started with one founder working in the drainage ditches of a single Alabama city. Today it’s a full team covering a huge footprint across the country, with proprietary equipment and a track record most competitors can’t match. Their old site never caught up to that growth. It still read like a small hometown operation, which made it harder for the cities, states and large organizations evaluating them for major litter and recycling programs to see the scale and capability actually behind the name.

The Strategy

We started with strategy: figuring out how to position Osprey as the established, capable operation they’d actually grown into, not the small outfit their old site suggested. From there we rebuilt the site with copy that explains their systems and reach, and custom photography and video that shows the size and quality of the team at work. We also built out their online store.

Outcome

The new site gives Osprey a design and message that match the operation they’ve actually built: a serious, well-equipped team producing real results at scale, not a local outfit running a few cleanups on the weekend.
